The woman who claimed to be Justin Bieber’s baby mama is running for the hills, because we’ve learned neither she nor her lawyer have made ANY attempt to contact Justin’s team … to compare his DNA with her baby’s.
We broke the story … Justin took a DNA test in New Jersey last Friday, and sources connected with the singer say he’s chomping at the bit … waiting for Mariah Yeater to ante up her baby’s DNA results. But so far … crickets.
Yeater’s lawyer has been blabbing to the media, but has stayed clear of anyone in Justin’s camp. Sources connected with Justin believe Yeater will never produce DNA results, because it will simply become ammunition for a lawsuit he intends to file against her and her lawyers for abuse of legal process.

The jig is up for Mariah Yeater. Her claim against Justin Bieber has been exposed as a sham after TMZ gets a hold of damaging texts she sent.
The notion that Justin Bieber fathered Mariah Yeater’s baby in a backstage sexual tryst is becoming increasing absurd and after Nov. 17, 2011 it seems a complete certainty that he did not. From the start it sounded highly unlikely but, except to Bieber’s loving fans, it did not seem impossible.
On the 17th, TMZ published a text allegedly sent by Yeater on the 16th to her friend ‘John’ and the text makes it’s clear that she knows another man is the boy’s father. Her case has fallen apart with the publication of this text, and other texts which John received from Yeater’s mother, and now the crazy ride Mariah Yeater has taken everyone on seems more sad than anything else.

The 20-year-old California woman is a single mother, not an easy task for any woman, something Bieber and his mother, Patti Mallette, know from experience. Yeater’s text shows her as desperate to find a way to support her boy and it also reveals her as someone who does not consider the well-being of others. Rather than looking for legitimate help she turned to deception.

For a brief moment Wednesday it seemed that Justin Bieber’s “Baby, baby, baby” woes were over. But these hopes were dashed with news that Mariah Yeater’s new legal team is trying to work on a settlement behind closed doors.
Bieber’s attorney denied that negotiations are taking place to TMZ: “There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.”
The gossip site has obtained text messages that allegedly indicate Yeater believed her ex-boyfriend is her child’s father. To Bieber’s lawyer, “This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story.
“Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never meet Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child’s father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media.” (TMZ)
