Justin Bieber is touring Brazil, and he’s brought girlfriend Selena Gomez along for the trip. And since the two pop stars are still in their teens — Bieber is 17, Gomez 19 — the tabs have done child-services a solid, and are watching these two crazy kids like a grandpa with a shotgun.

OK! magazine has spotted them touring the city and taking helicopter rides since arriving Tuesday. (The nuns, we’re sure, approve.) Over at Hollywood Life, the website’s snoops managed to grab pictures of the couple making out in their car back as they left dinner at Rio de Janeiro’s Copa Club. (Apparently the similarly kissy-faced personal vacation snaps they’ve been sharing themselves via Twitter weren’t enough — though we suppose the paparazzi shots work better than a chaperone. Let’s see those hands, mister!)

Hollywood Life reports the teens have been staying together while vacationing in South America — and they’ve even shared the specs of their hotel suite, presumably so they can be better baby-sat /creeped on. They’re in the $2,900 US a night penthouse of Rio’s Copacabana Palace, the outlet reports — a one-bedroom suite featuring a private terrace overlooking the beach.

“Both Justin and Selena have visited the [hotel's] spa which has been named one of the best spas in Rio de Janeiro,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They both seem a little tired — maybe from the long flight — but they are both very polite and friendly and seem happy to be together. It is very romantic here in Rio.”

But what sort of chaperones would the tabs be if they didn’t report on whether Biebz is keeping up with his professional responsibilities? Bieber had back-to-back concerts in Rio Wednesday and Thursday night. And though OK! spied Gomez backstage during the Wednesday night set, she was in the spotlight with Biebz come Thursday, performing her own hit “Who Says?” with Bieber backing her up.
